Does My Cat Need to be Vaccinated?

It’s important for all cats to be vaccinated no matter their age or where they live. Some owners believe that their indoor cat doesn’t need to be vaccinated because he never goes outside. However, you go outside and so does your other pets or family members. People and pets can bring in all kinds of illnesses and germs into the house. Just because your cat doesn’t go outdoors, it doesn’t mean the outdoors doesn’t come inside to him. Try as you might, you can’t wrap your cat in a bubble and protect him from diseases and injury. Take your cat to the vet on a regular basis and have his vaccinations updated. His health is in your hands. Don’t be afraid to ask questions of your Isle of Palms, SC veterinary clinic team. You may find that your cat needs to be vaccinated, but he doesn’t need all vaccinations available.  Visit here, for more details.
