Brushing Your Cat

One great thing about cats is the fact that they are so clean. However, they still do benefit from being groomed. This will remove dead fur from your pet's coat before she can swallow it. This is helpful for a few reasons. For one thing, your cat will be more comfortable after that dead hair is gone. Another bonus? Less hairballs. Brushing is also good for your kitty's circulation. Finally, it's just a good way for you to bond with your furry little friend, and make her feel loved.

Choose a time when your kitty is feeling relaxed and cuddly. Start by just petting her. Then, start to incorporate the brush. If your cat starts her motor, you're doing it right! Just don't force her to submit if she's not in the mood. That will get you scratched!
